Notes:
In general English First is a well recognized ESL school not only through out China, but also the world.  However, the Rizhao English First (EF) has more than its fair share of problems.  They currently do not have a Director of Studies (DOS) and employ non-native English speakers.  They need to get their act together before the local community realizes what a joke they really are.
